As tropical storm (TS) Noul or Dodong in the Philippines, is approaching the Philippines, I opened already this post to share our experiences in the province of Pangasinan, Luzon north.

The eye of the typhoon is expected to make landfall in the northern provinces Isabella-Aurora on Sunday May 10, 2015.

Typhoon Noul's eye touched the north-east tip of Luzon and is now heading to Japan.
